Please pre-order to help keep Biini sustainable. Orders are sent to our local printer on the first and third Monday of every month. Once you place your order you can expect it to arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on time of order.

We do not refund for change of mind.

Items for exchange must be shipped in the packing they were sent in and arrive back to our studio in original condition. If this is not the case, the item will be returned to the customer.

Please use tracked postage - if an item is lost in the postal system without tracking, this will be at the customer's expense.
Shipping

Orders will ship within 3 business days and take 3-5 days for delivery, depending on time of year. Please allow extra time when ordering.

If you are pre-ordering prints, these are made to order and will ship in approximately one week from time of purchase. Notebooks and textile products take longer to make and will ship within one to two weeks of purchase.

Order tracking

You will receive tracking via email once your parcel has been posted.
If you are simply ordering greeting cards, these are posted as regular mail without tracking.
